Strings of life



Simple as they seems but complicated they are,
Threads ties the objects near and far

Behavior of a string can never be predicted,
Direction of the kite; wind will dictate

As the objects gets far from each other,
Tension of the string will make them loose one another

Relationship has become formality,
Selfishness in it is humility

Tit for tat has become rule of thumb,
Sensible as it was; now it has become numb

Wondered a time without mobiles,
Relieved as none tied in the infernal chains

Days passes as passes month,
Thinking of a time; no need for such concern

Like a blink of an eye I wish for the day,
One will understand the true meaning of his stay

No burden no formality no need for show off,
Left the mean nature; one will be free from all the tradeoff...

Promise to myself



Iss jivan rupi aaine ko dekhte dekhte nikal gaye din-mahine-saal,
Kiya tha wada iss aaine se ki dikhaunga usko jo tu dekhna chahta hai.

Socha tha ki ek  din main aaine me azznkh ke khud ko janu,
Apne atit ko apne vartaman ko puchu

Kya tu chahta hai karna,
Kya tu chahta hai banna,
Hoga na koi tere aage ya piche,
Tanhai bhi na hogi jab
Tab kya  karega tu janna.

Main to hu kafir bhatakta rehta hu idhar-udhar
Kya karega jab hogi bhi na parchai tere sath

Jab chala jaunga tab afsos mat karna
Jab chala jayega vartaman tab atit par afsos mat karna

Ke muje wada kiya tha aur maine bhi wada kiya tha
Jab tak rahunga khush rahunga khush rakhunga
Ek doosre ko samjte samjate samjota karunga par khush rahunga
Doosre ne diya ho dard par khush rahunga
Mahatvakansha ki patli si door ko sambhalke rakhunga
Rakhunga sambhalke doosro ka viswas khush rahunga
Teri meri ashao k sath hamesha khush rahunga

Nahi pata tha tuje ya muje ki nibha payenge ek dusre ka wada
Nahi pata ki chod kar chali jayengi meri tanhai aur parchai

Kiya tha wada ki jo tu chahta hai karna wo karke jaunga
Jo me chahta wo karke jaunga
Icchao ko dilasa deta rehta hu aur khudko bhi samjata rehta hu
